Native visionOS painting

Paintu3D

Create with depth. Paint in 3D space, work on a floating canvas, or turn a nearby wall into part of your studio.

Built for Apple Vision Pro Local by default

Three ways to paint in space.

Choose freeform 3D strokes, a movable two-sided canvas, or a nearby wall. Local projects stay available even when cloud features are off.

Spatial drawing

Draw pressure-aware strokes as real 3D geometry inside a fixed drawing volume that stays where you place it.

Canvas painting

Place and tilt a free-floating canvas, paint with textured brushes, and pin a finished canvas to the Paintu3D widget.

Surface painting

Select a nearby wall, move within drawing range, and paint directly against the detected surface.

Built like a real studio tool

Designed for repeated making, not a one-off demo.

Paintu3D combines SwiftUI, RealityKit, Apple sensing APIs, and Metal-backed geometry so spatial strokes feel immediate and stored projects reopen cleanly.

Metal

Fast spatial stroke generation with textured, material-aware 3D geometry.

Sensing

Hand tracking and world tracking help place and draw work in a stable space.

Shared (Beta)

Publish a read-only piece or exchange completed strokes in an unlisted asynchronous Shared Space, clearly labeled Beta in the app.

Privacy is part of the product.

Painting is local by default. Cloud sharing is explicit, advertising and cross-app tracking are not used, and anonymous product analytics can be disabled.

On-device by default

Project files and brush settings stay local unless you publish a piece, enter a Shared Space (Beta), export, or share.

Clear permission reasons

Hand tracking supports drawing input, and world sensing helps keep spatial work anchored.
